Sink rim was shaved near faucet due to shortage of space. Keep track of warping when sink is under heavy load. If sink needs replacing, look into adding washers/spacers along faucet neck to create the necessary gap so sink does not need to be shaved.

20250904: door frame needs to be removed from theatre side. The other side, storage room, frame can be left alone. Since baseboard is already present around the room the baseboard should be extended to cover the empty area left behind from the door frame removal.
