- Is there power to sump pump
Action
- Turn off water main leading into house
- if storm well is source of flood:
- drop a sump pump and dump excess water to front lawn
Preventative Measures
- install zigbee water sensors.
- determine count
- determine if one hub can cover the house
- look into ways to use only one sensor for both sink and toilet. (run a towel or paper)
the water filture kit has a mechanical switch that cuts water lead upon getting wet. It’s specifically designed for the water leading into the filter unit but maybe there’s something similar for standard water lines.
