At time of installation the product was already discontinued.

currently at firmware V4.82.100 build 240606 however there are 2 firmware updates that cannot be downloaded form the hikvision website. Since this product is discontinued it may be too risky to perform an update and if something went wrong they wouldn’t provide support. There appears to be some api access but lacking in documentation
