  • drop a sump pump and dump excess water to front lawn

Preventative Measures

• install zigbee water sensors.
• determine count
• determine if one hub can cover the house
• look into ways to use only one sensor for both sink and toilet. (run a towel or paper)

the water filture kit has a mechanical switch that cuts water lead upon getting wet. It’s specifically designed for the water leading into the filter unit but maybe there’s something similar for standard water lines.
